Fundraising in a post-COVID world
As part of a consultancy project, I helped Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) adapt their fundraising strategy for a post-COVID era. I took the lead in identifying potential opportunities for the charity to develop relationships with community organisations. Reached out to 50+ rotary clubs and university societies across the country and conducted individual interviews with the community organisations to identify key trends in the changing fundraising campaign. Alongside my team mates, I devised recommendations for ARUK to increase long-term community involvement.
